Description
We are searching for a candidate who will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency across our various customer mobile networks.
Candidate will analyze network data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance network quality, capacity, and user experience. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to prepare mid-level and high-level reports that provide insights and highlight areas for enhancement.
Tasks:
Network Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call drop rates, handover success rates, data throughput. Utilize different network performance tools and software to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports and dashboards on network performance, highlighting trends and anomalies.
Optimization and Tuning: Perform radio frequency (RF) optimization, parameter tuning, and feature activation to improve network coverage, capacity, and quality.
Optimize network parameters for various technologies (e.g., 4G LTE, 5G NR).
Implement and optimize network features such as carrier aggregation, MIMO, and beamforming.
Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve network performance issues, including dropped calls, slow data speeds, and coverage problems.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with other teams (e.g., RF planning, core network, operations) to resolve complex network issues.
Capacity Planning and Management: Analyze network traffic patterns and forecast future capacity requirements.
Recommend and implement network capacity upgrades and expansions.
Skills:
1. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Data Interpretation with ability to analyze complex network data (KPIs, drive test results) to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of performance issues.
Translating technical data into actionable insights for business decisions.
Strategic Thinking: Forecasting future network capacity needs based on traffic patterns and business growth.
Developing and implementing optimization strategies that align with business objectives.
Root Cause Analysis: Systematically investigating and resolving network problems to minimize downtime and impact on customers.
2. Communication and Collaboration:
Effective Communication: communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Presenting reports and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various teams (RF planning, core network, marketing, customer support) to achieve common goals.
Building strong relationships with vendors and partners.
3. Project Management:
Planning and Execution: Managing optimization projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with network changes and upgrades.
Organizational skills: Keeping accurate records, and documentation of all network changes, and optimization activities.
4. Adaptability and Continuous Learning:
Keeping up with the latest advancements in mobile network technologies (5G, future generations). Adapting to changes in industry standards and best practices.
Knowledge in Phyton (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
Automation, Dana Analysis, Tool Development, Data Visualization, Data-Driven Optimization.
