We are looking for a It tech I JR to provide software and hardware support, ensuring the proper functioning of company systems and networks. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment, as well as assisting with IT projects.

Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León

Key Responsibilities

• Tier 1 Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote user support, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Hardware & Software Setup: Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and peripherals.
• User & Data Administration: Manage users in Active Directory, permissions, and data administration.
• Network & System Connectivity Support: Provide support for network connectivity, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to infrastructure.
• IT Project Assistance & Research: Assist with IT projects, test new systems, and explore technological improvements.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory
• Network connectivity and hardware/software setup
• Certifications (preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MTA/MCP.
• Languages: Intermediate-advanced level of English (required).
• 1-3 years in technical support
