The Job:
As an Associate Manager in our Cloud Reliability Team, you will be part of a dedicated group responsible for hosting top-tier ERP systems. Operating 24/7, our team ensures the seamless functioning of critical business processes. Your role will focus on quality improvement, process redesign, enhancing communication, and promoting performance improvements.
What you will be doing:
- Leading Quality Improvement Initiatives: Implement best practices to enhance service quality and ensure all processes meet the highest standards.
- Redesigning Processes: Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase operational effectiveness.
- Enhancing Communication: Improve communication channels between teams and individuals to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.
- Fostering Collaboration: Work collaboratively to address challenges and conflicts, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Addressing Execution Challenges: Resolve execution challenges promptly and effectively to maintain smooth operations.
- Promoting Performance Improvements: Implement strategies to improve team performance and service delivery.
- Initiating Fact-Based Actions: Make data-driven decisions based on thorough, fact-checked analysis.
What you likely bring:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in managing others within an IT operations team, or complex technical projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hybrid cloud platforms and public cloud providers (Azure preferred; AWS, Google Cloud Platform also acceptable).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Operational Readiness: Ability to work effectively in a follow-the-sun operational model using ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Other Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate, Google Cloud Digital Leader, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate (KCNA), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
