Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units within Google Workspace.
Manage Jira, Confluence, Hiver, Slack, and other productivity tools for the organization
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet, etc.
Manage Hiver, Zoom, Teams, CRM solutions, Domo, Zapier, KnowB4, RingCentral, in-house and off-the-shelf applications, as needed.
Track work tickets in Jira, triage, and escalate as needed.
Procure equipment and software for team members after approval.
Monitor system performance and usage to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
Manage cybersecurity, backups, business continuity, and compliance tasks.
Collaborate with end users on finding resolutions for their needs.
Handle user account creation, deactivation, and permission management.
Implement and manage security settings, including two-factor authentication, data loss prevention, and access controls.
Perform Monthly reporting tasks and report KPI.
Manage Google Chrome, Windows, and Mac devices.
Administer O365 account for some users.
Patch management or corporate devices.
Familiarity with other cloud services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft 365).
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Respond to security incidents and implement corrective actions as needed.
Organize and document Incident response and service management processes.
Other tasks as assigned.
Technical Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and English comprehension skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional under all circumstances.
Quickly identify problems, form solutions, and execute step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
Configure and customize Google Workspace applications, Slack & Hiver mailboxes to meet the needs of the organization.
Develop and implement policies for email retention, data sharing, and access control.
Integrate Google Workspace with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Proven experience as Admin for Google Workspaces, preferably a multiple workspace structure
Hiver Admin a plus
Experience with Jira ticketing and Confluence,
Ability to write clear and concise instructions and proposals
Ring Central Admin experience
In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace products and services.
Experience with cloud-based administration and security best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience administering AWS and O365.
Certifications in Google Workspace Administration (e.g., Google Certified Professional - Google Workspace Administrator) are a plus.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
