Join a leading multinational technology and consulting company.
IT Engineer
Location: Azcapotzalco, CDMX
Salary: $20,000 - $22,000 MXN per month
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Work mode: On-site
Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience
Language: Advanced English required

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support.
- Maintain network connectivity and repair hardware.
- Perform system upgrades, including hardware and software installation.
- Document incidents, problems, and solutions.
- Train and guide users on hardware and software.
- Manage inventory of allocated equipment and handle warranty claims with vendors.
- Administer LAN networks and access controls.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support and system administration.
- Knowledge of hardware installation, network setup, and cybersecurity.
- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Ability to document processes and create technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
