Rol: Application Support Engineer L2

Profile Description:
SQL Query with Oracle DB - MUST
Windows Server basic operation (application management) MUST
Fluent Communication for both oral and written English MUST
C++ or .Net basic experience (optional and does not imply changes to code) OPTIONAL
Activities to perform:
Working on resolving tickets(Service request, Incident) reported by production users and business departments, under SLA governance.
o Service request type: maintain user permission; data management such as report generation, Lot terminates or unterminated, Lot bonus/reject, etc
o Incident handling: application issue fixing and recovery for multiple integrated applications
Record ticket resolution and summarize as document in knowledge base
Recursive issue reporting and root cause analysis.
Receiving monitoring alerts, monitor application health. Verify application/service functionality when issue raised up
Escalate to higher level if unknown critical issue happens
Post monitoring of project roll-out and scheduled maintenance
Regular work report to site service leader
