Descripción
This position is responsible to monitor the IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, network, communication, and DC) and provide first level support to end users and computing workplaces.
Your tasks:
- 1st level support for end users and workplaces.
- 1st level support for networks.
- Perform OS deployment on standard workplaces.
- Deliver IT equipment for new and current employees.
- Act as the face of IT as first contact.
- Support voice and data network links.
- Support datacenter room, server, storage, backup, and environmental aspects.
- Participate in IT related projects based on business needs.
Your profile:
- Cursing college in the field of computer science / business informatics.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure.
- Experience with different Windows OS.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
