We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale IT initiatives and work closely with key business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and manage large, complex IT implementations

Oversee day-to-day project activities with a proactive, leadership-focused approach

Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and IT

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong experience managing large-scale IT projects

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

Experience in SAP HR applications (SuccessFactors, Workforce, etc.) is highly desirable

Comfortable communicating with senior management

Start Date: Immediately

Duration: 2 years

Location: Monterrey Offices | Hybrid work scheme

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm

Salary: Hourly rate based on experience
