Hexaware Technologies is looking for a Tech Support Specialist to join our growing team in Monterrey! If you're passionate about technology, love solving problems, and speak multiple languages, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role:
As a Tech Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers in the U.S. using a leading antivirus software. Your role will involve technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless experience for users with installation, configuration, performance, and security issues.
Languages Required:
• English – Advanced (Professional level, spoken and written)
• Portuguese – Advanced conversational
• Spanish – Advanced
Location: Monterrey, Mexico
Company: Hexaware Technologies
Schedule: Full-time (Shifts may vary to align with U.S. time zones)
Modality: On-site
Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support for antivirus software users in the U.S.
• Troubleshoot issues related to installation, updates, performance, and compatibility.
• Escalate complex cases to higher support levels when necessary.
What You Bring:
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience, ideally in tech support or a contact center environment.
• Excellent communication in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and general cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
