The Residence Manager is responsible for the efficient management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owner's satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Responsible for the efficient management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owners satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance.

•Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

•Facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.

•Conduct tours with contractors and suppliers, ensure that access is registered, and always accompany external personnel to ensure security.

•Charge the owners' accounts for water purchases or any other requested requirements.

•Verify monthly account statements of the owners, ensuring corrections of errors and questioning utilities depending on visits and consumption.

•Maintain complete and updated documentation related to the residences under your responsibility, such as insurance policies, contracts, and others.
