Objective of the Position:
Provide personalized attention and effective follow-up to prospects interested in establishing manufacturing operations in Mexico, as well as clients looking to expand their industrial spaces. The goal is to filter leads and transfer them to the sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Serve and develop relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing detailed information on opportunities to establish or expand manufacturing operations and industrial warehouses in Mexico.
· Respond in a timely manner to calls, messages, and emails from prospects and customers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
· Schedule and coordinate calls and meetings with potential customers to discuss their needs and how the company can meet them.
· Follow up with prospects, ensuring that all touchpoints are documented and that business opportunities are managed efficiently.
· Accurately and regularly report the results of all prospects received, attended to, and in the process of follow-up, using CRM tools or databases designated by the company.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure alignment in lead capture and conversion strategies.
Requirements
· Willingness to travel, if necessary to travel to the corporate
· Advanced English (Able to maintain fluent communication)
· Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
· Experience in managing and tracking leads through CRM systems is highly desirable.
