We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Representative for a leading company in the gray and ductile iron casting industry. This prominent firm, recognized for its advanced technology and ability to provide comprehensive solutions—including production, machining, coatings, heat treatments, and engineering services for tools—has established a strong position in the U.S. and Canadian markets. Backed by the trust of over 20 international companies across various sectors, the company is looking for a proactive and strategic professional to drive growth and consolidate its market presence.
Education: Engineering
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial sector, preferably in casting or related products.
- Ability to present and negotiate effectively with clients of various levels and sectors.
- Understanding of American business culture to enable effective communication and negotiation with clients and partners in this market.
- Proficiency in English to interact with international clients.
- Availability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Valid visa and passport.
Responsibilities:
Process and follow up on Request for Quotations (RFQs) to ensure timely completion.
Monitor and ensure timely completion of new developments.
Secure documents such as specifications, drawings, policies, etc., for successful development initiation.
Manage the sales function.
Assist in prospecting clients.
Manage CRM (Salesforce).
Build strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Support marketing strategies.
Collaborate with other departments.
Monitor the profitability of current products.
Manage all related information and ensure proper backups.
Support customer service in meetings with clients.
Assist with overdue collections if necessary.
Soft Skills:
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through effective strategies and a results-oriented approach.
Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships, providing excellent service and attention.
Advanced negotiation skills to close favorable deals and maximize business opportunities.
Understanding of American business culture for effective communication and negotiation with clients and partners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, crucial for presenting products, negotiating, and addressing queries clearly and persuasively.
Professional image and personal presentation that inspire confidence and reflect the company's quality.
Ability to express oneself clearly and effectively, facilitating the understanding of the products and services offered.
