Denken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 15 years of experience working on the US market. Our offices are in California, Canada, India and Mexico.

Currently, we're looking for a dedicated and experienced eBay Sales Specialist to join our team from any location in Mexico to work remotely with our clients in the United States.

Hiring: Prestador de Servicios (invoicing is mandatory)

Work schedule: M-F from 9 AM to 5 pm EST (40 hours per week)

Location: Remote from any location in Mexico

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize eBay listings to maximize sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and returns with professionalism.
• Conduct market research to set competitive pricing and identify trending products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
• Track sales performance and report on key metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience selling on the eBay platform, with a track record of successful sales.
• Proficiency in creating and managing eBay listings
• Understanding of eBay policies
• Deep understanding of eBay policies, SEO for listings, and best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools and analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO
• Good communication skills in English
