Order Processing Agent
Education & Experience:
Administration, Business degree or similar (3 years) or master's degree, with experience in Sales & Support / Solution center / Technical Support / Commercial experience.
Description:
Support Customers and the Sales team with order processing, general pre-sales & post-sales queries, stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customer's satisfaction. Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform outbound sales activities.
Roles & Missions
· Using salesforce to manage every order entry and orders related requests and booking orders on SAP (resolution, records, and traceability)
· Provide commercial and order related information during the pre-sale stage.
· Take ownership and ensure customer satisfaction before closing the request.
· Key metrics: order entry within 24 hours, cases qty managed.
· Main interaction with country ops/Customer Service teams (other Hubs), Logistics Back Office Teams Customers.
Competencies & skills required:
Conversational English, Portuguese desirable, Issue Resolution, Communication, Digital citizen, Customer Case Management, Transactional Selling, Technology Solutions Advocate, Offer and Application Knowledge, Focus on Customer.
