About the role
The FP&A Senior Associate will support the financial planning and analysis function by assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This role involves working closely with various departments to gather data, analyze financial performance, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of with the financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.
Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends & insights
Support the monthly close process by preparing variance analysis and reporting.
Assist with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis and projections.
Develops analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and / or sales margins.
Provides interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
Audits financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws and standards.
Conducts small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
1+ years experience of finance or accounting experience
Advanced level of conversational English
Advanced Excel level
Preferred Requirements:
Experience working with financial models and analysis software.
Experience in preparing financial reports and presentations.
Strong analytical skills and attention detail.
SAP and HFM experience
