Position Summary:
The Sales Executive is a skilled and strategic seller responsible for driving sales and cultivating relationships with clients, primarily focusing on Retail Media and Loyalty solutions. Operating in Mexico, the Sales Executive will navigate sales opportunities, ensure successful results, and grow the business by meeting clients; needs and delivering Inmar's value proposition. This role involves working with key accounts, applying industry knowledge, and taking a consultative approach to selling solutions that align with client goals. The Sales Executive will actively engage with customers to ensure long-term success and growth for both the client and Inmar.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Drive sales of Retail Media and Loyalty solutions to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Identify opportunities for growth and business challenges to shape account strategies.
- Present Inmar's value proposition clearly and effectively to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client goals and drive account growth.
- Utilize deep industry knowledge in CPG, Retail, or eCommerce to support the sales process and influence decision-makers.
- Engage regularly with client teams, ensuring they understand Inmar's value and long-term benefits.
- Lead discussions with account leadership to ensure alignment with client needs and Inmar's service offerings.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and internal resources to accelerate the sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in Salesforce for all customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Complete reports for Regional VP or Sales Leadership as needed to track sales performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the CPG or Retail sectors.
- Proven track record of successful sales with a focus on Retail Media and Loyalty solutions.
- Strong consultative sales approach, with experience navigating complex business transactions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage resources to overcome obstacles.
