Location: Guadalajara Mexico
Department: Sales
Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 6:00 Availability to travel
Salary: $30,000.00-$35,000 + comission + legal benefits
Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in international sales positions

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Agent to drive market growth in Mexico. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding sales of cutting-edge packaging and automation solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Research and pursue new business prospects through networking, market analysis, and outreach to generate and qualify leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients in the food, beverage, and CPG sectors.
- Communicate the value of PakTech's products, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs and demonstrating alignment with sustainability goals.
- Create presentations, proposals, negotiate contracts, and discuss pricing.
- Utilize CRM tools to track account activity, forecast sales, and develop strategic plans.
- Represent PakTech at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay informed on industry trends, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory changes to identify strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
- Travel up to 25% for trade shows, client visits, and on-site US-based facility trips.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or business development, preferably in the food, beverage, or CPG industry (experience in secondary packaging is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the Mexico market and business landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and regional languages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
- Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel internationally (25% travel required).

Measures of Success
- Within 3 Months: Complete onboarding, participate in trade shows, refine opportunity recognition processes, and identify potential food and beverage prospects.
- Within 6 Months: Build a pipeline of 15-45 prospects, research appropriate contacts, and initiate the sales cycle with structured outreach.
- Within 1 Year: Maintain active contact with 25-50 prospects, advance 5-10 multipack projects through the sales cycle, and secure 5-10 customers, with 5 placing recurring orders.
