Sales Manager – Automotive & Solar Industry
Minglida Precision Technology is looking for a Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B business development within the automotive sector (Tier 1 & Tier 2). This role is critical to the company's commercial expansion, focusing on acquiring new business opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and ensuring the proper execution of commercial agreements.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, advanced negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex commercial projects in a global environment.

San Martin de Las Flores, 45626 Tlaquepaque, Jalisco
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $55,000 MXN - $60,000 MXN gross per month.
- Grocery vouchers: $1,600 MXN per month (tax-free).

Candidate Profile:
- Language: Business English proficiency (ability to negotiate, present, and handle contracts fluently).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Product Engineering, International Business, or related fields. An MBA or technical sales specialization is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales within the automotive industry (Tier 1 & Tier 2).
- Experience in the solar energy sector is highly desirable.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Automotive manufacturing processes.
- Industry standards and regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Desirable: Knowledge of solar energy industry standards.
- Key Skills:
- Strong negotiation and contract closing abilities.
- Analytical skills for market research and commercial strategies.
- Experience using CRM and sales management tools.
- Availability to travel as required by business needs.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Commercial Strategy:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the automotive and solar energy industries.
- Build and strengthen long-term strategic partnerships with national and international clients.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase market share.
Commercial Agreement Compliance:
- Ensure that closed deals are executed as per contractual terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee on-time product and service delivery as agreed.
- Manage any necessary contract adjustments or renegotiations to align with business objectives.
Project Implementation Follow-Up:
- Serve as the link between the client and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations.
- Identify and resolve any technical or logistical challenges during the project's initial phases.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term retention through an effective post-sales service.
Market Analysis & Commercial Strategy:
- Assess market trends and competitor behavior to identify business growth opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new product or service introductions.
- Develop value-added proposals based on customer needs and company capabilities.
