Technical Account Manager
Responsibilities:
Provide consultations, demonstrations, and standard processes on product capabilities for rapid results
As an owner of the Premier Enterprise offering, lead the adoption and expansion of the solution: the TAM, working in collaboration with Premier Enterprise and account teams, will deliver and lead a customer technical roadmap to share actions and progress with the customer based on agreed upon short, medium and long term improvement plans.
Operational TAM reviews: weekly client meetings and monthly value playback along with issue specific meetings and QBR/EBR input and client team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in similar position
Saas implementation
Api development
Experience in workflows and use cases
Full benefits:
Base salary $90,000 - $133,000 based of experience
