We're hiring Process Engineer
Summary of position:
Meet the objective of successful launches in new lines and maintain high OEE in mass production lines.?
Responsabilities:
1. Process parameter determination.
2. Line Problem Solving
3. Cycle time improvements
4. Master samples & red rabbits management
5. Failures root cause analysis and lesson learned documents. (5whys, 8D)
6. Cost saving and line improvements.
7. Debug process and line balancing of new launches.
8. Development of core process documents (WI, Visual aids, PFMEA, Process flow chart, Checklists)
9. Capacity analysis
10. Dealing with customers
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with title.
English advanced
3 years in automotive experience
Knowledges:
Core documents
Cycle time analysis
PPAP & TQP knowledge
Process standardization
Line balancing
Capacity Analysis
