Job Objective:
Secure new business opportunities through prospecting, negotiation, and contract closures.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Engineering Degree completed.
Experience: 5+ years in similar roles (sales, prospecting, negotiation).
Strong oral and written English language skills.
Own vehicle.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
Valid US visa.
Knowledge:
Sales and negotiation techniques.
Real estate and/or industrial market.
Cost analysis and sales tracking.
Public relations and network development.
Main Functions:
Formalize agreements with new clients.
Support the renewal, expansion, or termination of existing contracts.
Manage prospect and client requests, handle calls.
Develop business agendas with visits to companies and institutions.
Gather information and organize proposals for clients.
Stay updated on the local, national, and international market.
Develop relationships with government and private institutions.
Explain company services at various events and visits.
Maintain updated cost models and sales tracking systems.
Advise prospects on site selection and promote new business opportunities.
What We Offer:
Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 MXN (gross salary) based on experience plus commissions.
