Operations Specialist
Summary
As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for account health activities and ticket resolutions for a portfolio of clients in direct partnership with your counterparts on our Operations Team and other cross functional partners.
What you'll be doing:
· Monitoring Cart Seller Central account health, identifying root cause of policy violation or listing health issues, communicating documentation needs to cross-functional team members and following through to resolution.
· Creating new product listings and variation structures within Cart policy guidelines to support your clients' business needs
· Partnering with the Operations Manager and/or Operations Director to outline the status of account healthy, tickets, and issues
· Pulling data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amify's proprietary data systems to create and format reporting dashboards.
Requirements:
· Experience operating within Amazon Seller or Vendor Central
· Experience within supply chain, inventory management, or planning
· Comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Drive, and various software systems
· Desire for ownership and accountability for operational issue resolution
· Highly organized and detail oriented
· Excellent communicator, especially in writing
· Strategic thinker, analytical, ability to learn quickly
· Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups)
· Experience working with project management / ticketing systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19,000 per month, SGMM, Meal Vouchers, Life Insurance
