The Opportunity:
- Collaborate with the Sr Manager to conduct efficiently the strategic research agenda aligned to the objectives of BU GM and Directors to ensure they have the correct market information for decision making
- Collaborate on delivery of the consumer insights learning agenda in Mexico and develop capabilities to curate and build multi-sources decks
- Lead Insights projects from understanding the business question, build learning plans, seek for the appropriate suppliers, negotiate, set project and deliver conclusions to internal clients, as well as taking key insights to clients in the region.
- Integrates data and insights to enable BU clients to find holistic solutions to key business questions based on market dynamics, macroeconomic situation and consumer trends to develop strategies for the BU to help grow the business
- Support elevate research tools and techniques to a new generation of sources that enables real time company vision.
- Support in the acquisition, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of consumer and market information and in best use of research techniques to optimize Consumer Insight's value.
Your Impact:
- Support Consumer Insights agenda (PGS, BGS, AOP, SDD, TCP, etc.)
- Support regional strategic diagnosis to support business decisions
- Lead Human Eyes and I&A Capabilities program for PepsiCo Mexico Foods
- Lead key analysis for global programs: BMS, ADAs, AD- Tracking, etc
- Lead Consumer fundamentals training agenda
- Develop and deliver presentations with clear recommendations based on analysis, identifying business opportunities, gathering information from different sources.
- Align research methodologies and leverage consumer insights negotiations.
- Support new capabilities implementation in collaboration with sector teams.
- Manage budget and administrative processes: good management of contracts, payment process, register of suppliers, quotations, signatures/ approvals, etc.
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Education: Marketing, Business Administration, Economics Sciences, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Experience
- Functional Experience: at least 3-4 years insights experiencein FMCG with strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research protocols and methodologies (how to use them, how to land a brief, how to approach an agency and guide outcomes according to the business question and final audience/ client needs).
- Experience managing databases: Nielsen Advisor, Kantar Worldpannel or similar (Desirable)
- Proficient using Excel (advanced), Power Point and Word (Required)
- High analytical skills
- Service oriented and negotiation skills
- Ability to present (fluent/ clear ideas, engaging)
- Project Management
- Intelectual curiosity
- Schedule flexibility as we have different time zones within Latam countries
- Self managed: ability to work remotely
- Ability to manage several projects/ task at a time (multitask)
- Ability to analyze and connect data from different sources, identifying issues and opportunities
- Manage to work under high demand ambience.
- Language: Advanced English.
