We are looking for a Siemens Specialist Automation Senior Engineer for USA

We are seeking an experienced Siemens Specialist Automation Senior Engineer to join our team during this exciting period of growth. We are looking for a talented engineer with a strong background in PLC programming, particularly with Siemens systems and experience in the steel industry, focusing on hot and cold rolling mill operations.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems using Siemens technology.
• Lead troubleshooting for control machine failures.
• Control of equipment information backups.
• Support to production lines.
• Diagnosis of faults using control software and hardware.
• Participate in project planning, execution and commissioning of automation systems for rolling mills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Electronic // Mechatronic // Automation Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience in the steel industry is highly desirable, particularly in hot and cold rolling mill automation.
• Advanced knowledge of PLC: Siemens (S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500, HMI).
• Experience of communication protocols.
• Experience in SCADA systems for process monitoring and data acquisition.
• Knowledge of integrated safety systems, including emergency stop alarms and safety interlocks.
• Electrical experience (MCC, VFD's, relays and soft starters).
• Experience in full project lifecycle: design, development, implementation and commissioning.
• Advanced to fluent English proficiency is required.
• Availability to relocate anywhere in the United States.
• TN Visa holders are welcome.
