We are an automotive company seeking a General Manager / Plant Manager to lead plant operations in San Luis Potosí, SLP. This position is responsible for managing the company and coordinating all departments in accordance with established objectives. The position also develops strategic business planning in accordance with corporate policies.

The position is also responsible for:

• Managing plant performance and profitability
• Managing the company's daily operations
• Ensuring the safety and efficiency of the facilities
• Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
• Validating compliance with quality, cost, and safety guidelines and policies
• Verifying that production processes are maintained under optimal safety and hygiene conditions
• Prioritize meeting client requirements

Among other aspects, we value:
