Requirements:

• Active student (from 4th semester onwards) from any university
• Approx. 6-hour shift (30 hours/week), Monday to Friday
• Advanced English proficiency

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the Corporate Recruiter in sourcing and selecting candidates for various positions
• Track candidates through the internal company system (Paylocity), guiding them through the recruitment process and leveraging system tools for efficient practices
• Review resumes from various recruitment platforms for internship roles, union personnel, and office staff
• Evaluate each candidate's resume/application based on the required skills and job profile
• Strong organizational skills and a natural sense of urgency
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities

Benefits:

• Monthly salary: $8,000 – $10,000 MXN net
