In Yuto we are looking for a:
Recruitment Assistant
Purpose of the position:
Coordinate and execute Talent Acquisition and HR activities, ensuring compliance with the department's policies, procedures and regulations, with support to China Staff on the GDL Site, so knowledge of the English language is an essential requirement.
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
70% HR support for Recruitment/Talent Acquisition activities.
- Owner of the complete recruitment cycle for Direct Labor positions: Operators and Technical, which includes the coordination of candidate interviews with Chinese Managers on the GDL site, so knowledge of the English language is essential.
- Support in collecting documents from selected candidates and filling out the Excel Database.
- Preparation of contracts and internal documentation that complements the New Hires file.
- Participation in the Induction of New Hires.
- Badge printing, TAG´s administration.
- CV Resumes filtering in Job Portals for Indirect Labor/Professional positions.
- Support in interviews for some Indirect Labor positions.
30% support for HR/Labor Relations activities to HR Supervisor.
- Basic transactional activities of Canteen/Meals, Transportation, Cleaning services and Facilities: Lists, consumptions, follow ups to any issue.
- Support to HR Supervisor on Labor Relations and Personnel Administration issues:
- Follow-up on Absences.
- Execution of disciplinary actions in minor Labor Issues
- Attention to Voluntary Resignations and Exit Survey.
- Presence on the Production Floor and Site Facilities, twice a day.
- Important link between Production Floor, HR Supervisor and Managers to anticipate any Labor Issue.
Requirements:
- Intermediate-Advanced English.
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in Canva (Desirable).
- Tech Savvy Profile
- Professional Mindset, willing to learn and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, LAE or related fields.
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Leadership and Communication Skills.
