As a member of the HR Service Center, this role is responsible for Labor Relations, Policy Management and Training. Partnering with the HR Service Center, the Center of Excellence (COE) and other area functions to support people leaders in the business, functional organization and/or geography to drive business success through people development.
Principal Responsibilities:
Manages escalations and addresses workplace issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment to promote employee satisfaction and productivity.
Support and represents the company in employment law legal hearings and procedures.
Serves as a partner in the creation, implementation, communication, and regular updating of company policies to ensure compliance with legal standards and alignment with business goals.
Partner with COE's to host training sessions such as new hire orientations, leadership development and presenting HR policies and procedures to employees.
Utilizes data analytics, employee feedback, etc. to analyze business challenges, HR programs and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Serves as a business partner and change agent.
Partner and engage with COE HR functions to collaboratively implement HR programs and policies.
Participates in or leads big and small HR projects.
Participates in roll-outs of company-wide HR initiatives.
Applies governmental regulations to the development of HR programs.
Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:
Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
Education and Certification(s):
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
2+ years of Labor Relations experience preferred
Experience handling cases with the Labor Conciliation Center (Centro Laboral de Conciliation) preferred
Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred
