PRIMARY FUNCTION
This role involves providing full life cycle recruitment, including but not limited to identifying and attracting top talent, conducting and scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, this position requires onboarding coordination responsibilities, such as collecting and verifying documentation necessary for onboarding activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manages the full life cycle recruitment process for both internal and external positions.
· Adequately prescreen all candidates and submit screened candidates for hiring managers review.
· Schedule interviews according to hiring managers availability.
· Develops and builds rapport with internal clients and hiring managers.
· Gains understanding of hiring needs, business, services, and organization culture.
· Develops and executes creative recruitment strategies to identify top talent for positions and achieve desired KPIs and client satisfaction.
· Collaborates with compensation department to determine and provide context to offers.
· Provides day one guidance for new employees, explains company policies and expectations, procedures, and benefits, contacts.
· Verifies reference checks provided by new hires and ensure quality talent is hired.
· Gather and organize new hire documentation.
· Ensure all documents are uploaded into the HRIS system.
· Assist with I-9 documentation collection when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
· High School diploma or equivalent (required)
· Higher education will be appreciated
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience required.
LOCATION:
· Monterrey, NL and its metropolitan area
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Knowledge and skilled in interviewing techniques and methods, human resources policies and procedures, and federal, state, and other laws governing employment practices
• Knowledge of hiring practices; knowledge and understanding of employment laws
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems required
• High degree of initiative, judgement, and discretion
• Results oriented and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Strong computer skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to develop standards
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
• Must be able to work hybrid schedule in office and remote.
• Frequent telephone interaction
• Requires sitting for long periods; also stooping, bending, and stretching for files and supplies.
• Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, type at 35 wpm, operate calculator,
• Views and types on computer screens for long periods.
• Works in a high-volume environment.
